Unlock w880 CID53 - Please help!

Hi! First of all thanks to everyone in the forum for their support. I have been reading tutorials and other posts for the past 4 days and I am still having a bit of trouble.

I am using Far and Anycid pack for my w880i and get stuck at the Quick access patch stuff. I manage to flash main and fs, also uploaded CID files *images stuff in the correct directory. I put the 3 files (customize_upgrade,executor.jar and executor.b). When I turn on the phone to run the EXECUTOR is says "Operation Failed", when its supposed to turn off etc.

I am assuming some of the files concerning the anycid 880 are the problem but dont know.

Are these files the correct ones to unlock the device? I make sure I take out the battery out in every operation like other members say, I have also tried to use an older version or jarflash with updated anycid. I am using the w880 ".b" file provided in the w880 folder.

Hi mate, it happend to me too. You need to flash your phone with the firmware version that the executor.b is.
It worked for me. My executor.b was for R8BE001 but my firmware version was R6BC002.
I flashed my firmware on the phone to R8BE001 with JDflasher, turned the phone on and the executor.b worked!!!
In the anycid/w880 folder the .rar file with the Executor.b should have a Firmware name, right?
The executor.b and the firmware on the phone has to match, or else it wont work.
I'm making a tutorial how to flash w880i phones soon, so stay tuned mate :)

ewydler, your files are ok, it will work with executor.b. good luck!
