xs++ wont recognize k608i

hi there, newb here. plz bear with me while i get my head around this..

i have k608i and se t28 com cable. when i try to connect it turns the fone on to the 3(brand) screen then turns off, it keeps doing this about every 5 seconds.. can anyone help?.. cheers Mick

ok, so i let it go for a while and it says..

binary acknowledge failed with : 5a
failed
