iv seen alot of people also having this problem but how can i fix this is it a soft ware problem or firmware if so can i get in to the phone via my pc any help apreciated

try holding down the 'c' button, that's what helped me

i tried that holding power button and c button for 20 sec nothing happend then tried just holding c and nothing tried both ways several times. im game for other ideas thanks for your input
