Save MAIN-firmware from k750, cid36, db2010, red?

I want to unlock a k750, cid36, db2010, red with
simox patch generator.
for this i need the MAIN-firmware. but i cant save it from the phone. its not possible with x++ (only gdfs can be saved) or setool2. FarManeger only creates a .raw file, but the patch generator needs a .bin or .mbn
How can i save the MAIN-firmware from the phone so i can generated needed patch?
