i also have all the XXS++ logs if needed. it was far too comlicated for me to do think in retrospect... the instructions that the unlocker sent was awful, telling me to get firmware but not telling me which firmware so i had a choice of 4 and ended up just guessing out of those;(i.e.- /MAIN/W850_R1ED001_MAIN_GENERIC_EU-EMEA_RED49.rar) or W850_R1GB001_MAIN_GENERIC_RED51.rar
