Help! can't find my K770 MAIN file

So I was looking in the Global Sony Ericsson Dictionary, it says there that the Firmware has to be of two parts: FS & MAIN

Ok, I searched for my files, and could only find this: K770_R8BC004_FS_M_EAST_N_AFR_RED53 and no MAIN file :( where I can get the MAIN file??
