You'll have to flash a different firmware depending on the language you want, just surf around some on the forum. Also it might help if you post what phone you got and what languages you want.

i have the same problem,have been doing a little work at home with my,and many other sony ericssons,unlocked and flashed aproximatley 120phones so far but really never tried to input a language,because i am from serbia and i dont know how to select a firmware that supports serbian and how to input a language...if someone is in the mood to help me please
