w705 malfunctioned when connected

hi could you please help me ive tryed all over to solve this problem

when i connect my sony ericsson w705 something pops up saying its malfunctioned and after i connected and unpluged to phone from usb my head set speaker doesnt work no more the speaker where ya listen to people when making phone calls

i have to use loud speaker and sometimes this doesnt work

please help

it may be due to the reason that dust particle is on the fast post connecter with the pcb, try to cleas the out port and the inner connertor

check whether ur profile has change to "handsfree" mode. if yes check and clean the connection port

it sounds like a hardwere fault ie ribbon top keypad
