k800i wsod. i'm totally lost.

hello, i hope i'm posting in the correct folder.

my k800i won't boot anymore. eventually all i see is the wsod, or even nothing at all. sometimes the red light at the ir port turns on.

i cannot connect via sony ericsson pc suite, se update service tells me i'm running the latest software.

setool2 lite 1.11 tells me:

i can't even tell if my battery is loaded.

so, can anyone pls tell me what to do? i am a newbie at all those things, and a little overstrained.

so, can i repair it myself? can i backup sms/pics yet? there's a shop with service, they say they can flash it to default. what do they do? what can i do?

The service guys will repair it for you but they will erase everything on your phone(i guess you already know that). If SETools can't detect it, you may want to let your phone's battery outside the phone over night(eventually in an universal charger) then try again to connect it via SETools.
