Problem with C902-micro (too quite)

Hello,

standard calls with my C902 are working well.
But when I switch to speaker-mode the other can't understand anything because I'm too quite --> my C902 doesn't amplify my voice.

what can I do? are there some options to configure the amplification or maybe a defect of the micro?
