k800i flash problem plz help

Hi everyone I need help please I can't access my games or apps folder it says operation failed.I found out that it needed to flashed with updated firmware so i did now it says configuration error.please contact your network operator or service provider.What can I do, anyone got main,fs & custpack I can use I am in Australia and this is the phone log:

were did u get the files from that u have tryed to flash to it and hve u tryed to use se tool
