W810i WSOD (Not detect on PC)

for any flashing tools to work ur phone has to be off fully :(

Im doing this step

1. Remove battery
2. Insert battery
3. Press n hold "C" (phone still off)
4. Connect phone with cable (phone will auto on and continue blinking)

is it correct?
