c902 turns its self off

Hello all,

I have a c902 that randomly turns its self off. This is the 4th replacement handset I have had and all of them do the same thing. Is there any way to fix this?

I company called ******** said that debranding/flashing may help. I have paid for their service, but the instructions and support are so bad that I have been unable to try it yet.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Make sure your Phone is Fully Charged up before flashing !!
Follow the instructions.. And I hope it solves your problem.. :D
Quick check using:

> *< < * < *


< Left Direction > Right Direction * Star Button

This will reveal what your firmware is..

Hello,
my C902 does reboots, too. Don't know how often exactly but I guess about 1 time a week. Did you have the error more frequent?
Did you get complete new mobiles from the service or did they only a firmware update?
