K800i Problem

Hi I own a K800i from a vodafone contract I recently unbranded the phone but my operator keys dont work took the phone back to vodafone they loaded the orginal vodafone software on it but the operator keys dont work still how can I fix this and I stay in South Africa please help me

fully reflash a main and vodafone fs and custom pack will solve it 100%

i think your problem is not about the software, it's a hardware problem, change the keypad
