u can download them from the download area update the cid wont lock the sim lock but if it has been patch unlocked when u reflash it u will have to re patch unlock it loads to take in but easy when u get the hang off it (small tip dont use the sony ericsson update service as u will end up with a cid 53 phone not to easy to unlock )

I'm Still looking for best solution of a/m problem...

Two years ago myself I updated firmware with SEUS...
My phone contains MOST PROBABLY the following firmware
(accorrding to XS++3.2 ant setool2lite-1.8 logs!!!):

1. MAIN - R1JG001_MAIN_GENERIC_EV_RED49
2. FS - R1JG001_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED49
3. CDA - CDA102568_2_R4A_Generic_CENT_EUROPE

And now, as I'm not very experienced in this matter,
let me ask the following questions:

- writing _ONLY_ MAIN file might help or not?
- writing 52's firmware onto 49's phone will work or not?
- writing set of files R1ED001 instead of R1JG001 will work or not?
