is k770 symbian os phone?

I found out that to install .sis files, my phone has to be a "symbian os" or something... So, is K770i a symbian os.. or actually - how do I install .sis files? I want a SNES and GBA emulator...

EDIT: I'm not sure if this isn't supposed to go here...

K770 it's not a symbian phone. It has an o.s. which supports only JAVA applications, so if you find a SNES and GBA JAVA emulator (if they exists...and I'm not sure of this) you can install them in your phone.
