Camera error (W580 R8BE001)

When i try to run the camera it gives me that message:

Another application is running. Close it and then start the camera.

but i don't have any app in the background. Even after restarting the phone that message appear. How to fix it?

I've tried flash with different firmware but doesn't change nothing.

check or replace if u have fully reflashed it and it hasnt worked

What exactly does it mean? I flash main, fs and cda.

yes if u have fully reflashed ther main fs and a custom pack and its still the same hen its going to be a hardwere fault ie the flexi ribbon
