W890i R1FA035 language change

Hi,
I want to change language to Central-European in my W890i. The identity log is:

OTP LOCKED:1 CID:52 PAF:1 IMEI:XXXXXXXXXXXXX CERT:BROWN.....

Your certificate is BROWN and you try firmware for RED certificate ? - this is wrong !
Change from BROWN to RED and then flash.
