Trying to Debrand W760..help?

I was using this tutorial... How to Debrand your USA ATT Sony Ericsson W760a | Sharky's Notebook

But I am unable to find a copy of A2Uploader that will open on my computer...? I was trying it with Vista 64-bit, so I figured there were computability issues, so I switched to my XP computer (this one) and I can download the A2Uploader from any number of sites, but half will say error, can't open the file, and the other half will just do absolutely nothing. So what am I missing?

I get this error message when I try to open up the file downloaded from teh downloads section of this site..

Had to deactivate my resident sheild in AVG. Works now.
