HELP!!! k770i problem

i have this problem with my k770i. when i on the phone the display is fine. but once if my phone goes to stand-by mode and i press any key to reactivated the screen, nothing appears. just a soft light appear but no display.

The phone is on. i can play music and everything but there is no display. i have tried to off and on my phone but same problem. i have tried changing the software and display driver but still same problem.

i cant use the phone because of this problem. My friend said it might be lcd problem but if its lcd problem there should no display at all. My phone there is display until it goes to stand-by mode. last time i master reset and the phone was ok. but now i tried but still same problem.

u need to do a full reflash if this does help then it may have a cheap copyed screen in it need to replace it (not from ebay though as its full off copys)

how do i full reflash. i have tried fs and main reflash. wat else should i reflash.

Try open phone,maybe flat from LCD was loosen up

nope.,.,.,u try flash new layout or original layout.,.,its will be okay

Unfortunately i have same problem with my k770i.
A technician changed the screen 2x and flashed new software, but I still have the problem.
It's not a unique problem, but very rare.
