I had bought a unlocked "vodafone' k850i from uk to india...now when i connect it to the sony erriccson site and check for upgrades its says its upgraded but nothing happens... secondly am not able to install any softwares in it... pls help me out

debrand/full flash your phone and you willbe able to do anything that supports
