Need help for my se c702 sim-lock

in sim lock menu, padlocks are open. but my phone appear message "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre." somebody help me. thanks!

you just need to finalise the phone ultimate unlocker will do it

click on the "..." within the MISc, select the custpack and click on the write script.
