Could somebody please point me in the right direction.

Trying to figure out which version of firmware to download, I want to flash/debrand my
K700i, heres the phone read out,

You don't have a big choice of FSs for k510 cid 29. I don't know if you can upgrade your cid to 36 but you can use for example
K700_R2AG001_MAIN_EU_1_C_RED29
K700_R2AG001_FS_EU_2_RED29
and customization for EU 2
