Can't Update K850 R1fa035 To R1fa038

Hi all!

I'm using K850, which was branded and locked to Orange UK, I debranded with R1FA035 & unlocked in an authorised SE service in Bulgaria.
But that version seems to me very buggy. So I want to update to R1FA038, but I can't. Here is the A2 Uploader "Identify" log:

When I flash the phone I turn it on after that, a text "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service provider" appears. I think the reason is the Default version: R1FA035 - it isn't 38 like the firmware version, but 35. If you think the reason is other, please tell me!


Can you please tell me how to change the Default version: R1FA035 from 35 to 38? The phone is DB3150, A2. Thanks in advance!


PS:I tried to recover the phone with the SEUS update service, but it downgraded the firmware version to 35(it said there is update to your software version after I had already updated to version 38 and the error message had appeared) again and the the phone is working. But It couldn't make it work with version 38.

Could the "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service provider" be that you didnt also add in a Custom pack, I did this with my Sony C902, I flashed my Phone and switched it on, and got the same message, then I remembered I had to also add my Custom Files pack to replace icons and the customize script, then after I added the Custom Pack Files and switched the phone back on, all was well :D

Well I was informed later about the Cuspack - after I added it the phone started, but there is complete mess in firmware versions. The A2 Uploader continues showing

I think when the firmware version is 38, the Default version: R1FA035 should also be 38, and not 35, but yet it isn't. And in addition when I connect the phone with the Update service it says there is update to the firmware. When I allow it to to the update it downgrades the firmware version to 35 again and the A2 shows then:

PS:I was told that the version I'm triying to mount is actually a downgrade to the recently installed 35. version.
