Help with T700 software update

Hi,

I bought a T700 (this phone is not officially available in the U.S.) a few months ago. Last night I ran the Software Update program and found a new update available. I backed up the everything in my phone (contacts, etc.) and ran the update. The update went all the way to 60%, then said "Error: Update failed". I tried a few times, and the same thing happened. Now the phone can't even start. What can I do? Please advise. :(
