I have spent a long and dull night with my c510 and Aerix. Nothing I did seemed to make any difference to begin with. Where a2uploader responded fast and correct, Aerix failed time after time. I even tried on a second computer, my stationary, but no luck there either.

Finally I borrowed my wifes laptop, installed ggsetup-2.2.0.1.exe and started Aerix following all instructions and a few seconds later the phone was unlocked.

I think the important difference between my compters and my wifes, is that I have had different SE software installed over the years. I belive that somehow this makes the phone connect in "the wrong way". Just me guessing, so belive it if you wish.
