Problem while flashing (or whatever) a V630

Hi,

I have a V630i for more than 1 year. After 8 month it didn't want to switch on no more. A white screen. I sent it to warranty and they said: we cleaned it an update software/firmware. It work for another 3 month and now I have the same problem.
I've tried to make a firmware update but I didn't succeed. I tried with XS++, with D-Ultimate (to unlock or at least to do something), with SETOOL but nothing.

In XS++ I get:

You have CID53 phone so for now only tool for flashing is with FARmanager - you will find him here Flashing with jdflasher - Top Sony Forums

I don't know if it's possible if you have a "CID53 V630"... but I would suggest you flashed your V630 to a W660.

any of the models re possible to be on a CID53 now. as long as your phone is sent back in to sony ericsson they will...YES!!! "upgrade" it to a CID53...what pain in the ass for poeple who want to personally flash their phones.
