I have no trouble logging in to both the aerix website or the aerix software.
Also when I try the confirmation link sent to me by e-mail, I get a page saying I have already done this.

But still when I use arix I get the same error, saying "the user does not exist on the server"

And that is after I have successfully logged in to the software.

I tried creating another user account , with exactly the same result...

???


Got it to work finally for my w595

Okay, and here is some trouble shooting for everyone with problems making it work:

1. Install the drivers that came with phone

2. When logging in to the softaware, the log-in you see actually only logs you in to the Aerix website, and NOT the server you need to be in contact with. Quite confusing this, and had me stumped for several days. Anyway, you HAVE to go into settings, and put your username and password there. If not you will get the error I mention in my post above.

3. If noting happens when you press 2-5, restart your computer. And try again. I had to restart my computer after every attempt to make it work or notrhing would happen. Remmeber to disconnect the phone from USB before restarting the computer.

tried all ways with aerix and no use keep getting failed notices

It`s CID53?
So it`s not possible with Aerix!
Aerix only works with CID52!

well you should connect it with 2 and 5 pressed (connect usb while pressing 2 and 5 button together) and post result

@dcm2010: Hey there. I got the same problem with my C510

After starting the UNLOCK with AERIX I receive following Error code # 628294B8B19C2AA4

Did anybody find a solution for that already?

Im having problems with the pc loading anything to the phone.
I have tryed my laptop with Windows 7 and my home pc with XP Pro sp3

Thanks for all those knowlege and suggestions! I was able to unlock my sister's SE C510 with the network three (3). I had a problem at first that my phone cannot recover..
For those who also encountered this problem, just remove your battery and put it back!

I have another one SE C510, tried the same steps that i did before but i cannot unlock this one.. this phone uses the network O2 Ireland..

Are there any other settings needed by the phone aside from Phone Mode..?

the later phone cannot be unlock because it might be a CID53 phone, just make sure if it is CID53 with xs or setool2lite
