confirm your account by logging into aerix website
I have no trouble logging in to both the aerix website or the aerix software.
Also when I try the confirmation link sent to me by e-mail, I get a page saying I have already done this.
But still when I use arix I get the same error, saying "the user does not exist on the server"
And that is after I have successfully logged in to the software.
I tried creating another user account , with exactly the same result...
???

Okay, and here is some trouble shooting for everyone with problems making it work:
1. Install the drivers that came with phone
2. When logging in to the softaware, the log-in you see actually only logs you in to the Aerix website, and NOT the server you need to be in contact with. Quite confusing this, and had me stumped for several days. Anyway, you HAVE to go into settings, and put your username and password there. If not you will get the error I mention in my post above.
3. If noting happens when you press 2-5, restart your computer. And try again. I had to restart my computer after every attempt to make it work or notrhing would happen. Remmeber to disconnect the phone from USB before restarting the computer.
