debrand k750i cid 36

Hello
Im trying to debrand my k750i
From what i have learned so far by reading the forum the process didnt look to hard, i think i can do it, but just want to make sure I understand this correctly
I cant use Setool2
I must use FarManager + SEFP

got this 2 files:
K750_R1DB001_MAIN_1_EU_1_CL_RED36.mbn
K750_R1DB001_FS_EUROPE_1_RED36.fbn
that i need to flash into the phone

now i get confused

they are going to flash a .vkp which i dont have...:confused:

them i found this

and this program SIMLockPatchGen.exe creates vkp from mbn (K750_R1DB001_MAIN_1_EU_1_CL_RED36.mbn)

is this te right method to get the vkp?
