Menu Icons stay the same

Hi,

today i flashed my W810 and did everything like it has been written in a tutorial. So when i choose a Design, the design changes. On the "desktop" is the flash animation working. But the menu hasn't changed, except the background. What did I do wrong?

Where did you put your flash-file (.swf)?

That's the most common problem.
