Unlock and debranding my K810

I want to unlock and debrand my phone, but feeling a little unsertain about what kind of files I have to use for this operatins? The phone is locked to one operator!

I have downloaded Setool v.1.11

Erom cid is Red 52
and
Erom is R3A022

(downloaded Eerom Area flashfile)

Can someone help me to find/get the right files to do the job, please?

It do not include firmware:( Or, am i on the wrong path her? Dont i need that for debranding?
