C902 Playback Failed

All of a sudden I get this message If I try to play back a video or a sound file

I usually notice that something is wrong when I get a text and dont hear it

I switch on and switch off and it works again

But what is causing this problem? Can it be rectified?

it's about your memory card, clean the card contact point
