Please help me unlock W580i........PROBLEM

I'm having W580i from At&T and I unlocked it for other network few months ago using the unlock patch technique......usinf the following firmware W580_R8BA024_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED52.fbn
W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn

Few days back I tried to upgrade my firmware to
W580_R8BE001_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED52
W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52

Firmware upgrade was sucessful but my phone got locked (network) again.I tried to unlock it again through the same process that I used earlier but I could not.

After few attempts I got fedup and though to go back the previous firmware and do the same process with the same files to unlock as earlier.But I could not do that too......

I'm posting the log file of the whole process.Please go through and help me solve my problem............

What are the errors in my log..........please help me solve them.(why is it not able to verify the block)

During the process I did not get any dialogue box asking for "click YES to remove patch and NO to add the patch"


I'm running on PIV Dual Core 3 GHZ,2GB RAM,WinXP SP2,Kaspersky IS 2009

redownload setool and the main file and flash again
