So yeah, I'm out of ideas.

I'm running Vista home 32bit.. and I've already got SE PC Suite 4.0 installed, if that makes a difference.
On Vista 32 bit you must choose "....only this time"
Then click "I haven't CD drivers" and browse Extracted folder with SEMC USB flash driver.
