need help on k610i

heres what i tried so far

-install setool lite
-install the ggsetup
-restart
-gone to my device manger everything is installed fine
-opened setool lite and make a run on identify
-holding down C and plug-in cable the red lights flashing again..

still dont work.. i cant get the phone to connect or something..
how can i repair this..

I think not holding "c" but "2+5", i've tried to k800 and i think it's same.
Just try to help, sorry if that's wrong.:D
