Flash menu for W910i

Hey guys,
this is my first thread, and i have seen there are a lot of the almost same threads, but i can't find the solution.

I read a lot about how to install the themes and swf files (by using A2 Uploader), but when I copy the swf files to the mobile phone by A2 Uploader, the phone cant find that theme file.
Where do I have to move the .thm file?
I connected the phone also to my PC and i copied the swf and thm files in the "theme" folder on the "Phone Memory", then i can choose the design, but it only changes the menu without changing the "normal" menu, where you can choose between camer, walkman, settings etc.
this is the boring same as the clarity theme.
How can I change the "normal" menu?
The phone is not sim-locked or branded

Use A2 uploader and copy the SWF files in this folder : Tpa/Preset/System/Desktop/Flash
Then copy the attached file in Tpa/Preset/Custom

Then copy the THM files in the memory card,
Install a theme , and done!

but now i have a new problem
most of the menus don't work correctly....
when i want to go into settings or the camera for example, it doesn't work.
when i press the play button (to confirm what i have chosen) the menu stops and you cannot do anything but go back to your wallpaper.
i hope you know what i mean
is it a problem with the .thm or the .swf files or have i made sth wrong

I've got the same problem. I couldn't go further into any function from main menu. Please help me!!!

i recently unlocked my w910i and now the camera wont work, i cant get video calls and it wont auto rotate, can anyone please please help me, i have done sues update, i have tried to reflash but really i have no idea what to do, if there is anyone out there smarter than me (wouldnt be hard lol) please can you give me step by step instructions,,, thankyou

ive got the same problem too,only that iam an owner of w705

I have succesfull uploading targeting flash menu into my w910 using a2 uploader
They are very cool!

2 days i installed flash menus but they are not worked...
