Flash menu for W910i

Hey guys,
this is my first thread, and i have seen there are a lot of the almost same threads, but i can't find the solution.

I read a lot about how to install the themes and swf files (by using A2 Uploader), but when I copy the swf files to the mobile phone by A2 Uploader, the phone cant find that theme file.
Where do I have to move the .thm file?
I connected the phone also to my PC and i copied the swf and thm files in the "theme" folder on the "Phone Memory", then i can choose the design, but it only changes the menu without changing the "normal" menu, where you can choose between camer, walkman, settings etc.
this is the boring same as the clarity theme.
How can I change the "normal" menu?
The phone is not sim-locked or branded
