is there a that i change the boot screen(start up)sound of my k810i such as when i put my phone on i want it to play a noise such as welcome

You must to replace exist file STARTUP_SOUND_SEMC.wav or STARTUP_SOUND_SEMC.mp3 for the new one that you want to have.
You find these files in /tpa/preset/system/settings
