W380i Cid53 problem after flash ???

after flash phone with Setool latest version and deferent firmwares, not start normaly, only big black box in screen you can see picture ...

after i try to flash it with, far manager, flashed ok, but seem problem ...

you need to unlock it, it's a branded phone.
