NEED HELP FOR W910i

I'm totally new, i've bought new sonyericsson w910i (vodafone). its software is crashed and its totally dead now. can anyone tell me how to install software in it again.


i want to know what kind of software should i download ? from where and how to use,
i want to know step by step

If you just bought it you showd have a warranty...go back with it at the shop and they will send it for repair. It is too risky to do it yourself and pointless if you have warranty. Or you could try SEUS(easyest, but i don't recomend it). Cheers. Ah yes and do serch the forum as there are step-by-step tutorials that can help you in the case you want to do it on yourown.
