Need help with my W580

Hey!
I have a W580. I downloaded the SeTool2Lite v1.11. Also installed my usb driver. I take out the sim, press IDENTITY and stick the usb cable into my phone while holding the C button. Nothing happens...its just keeps loading and loading. After a while (2 minutes) nothing happens. What did I do wrong?

try useing the 2 and 5 button and make sure u have a flash usb driver instailed on ur pc

i put the cd i got with the phone. the new hardware wizard pops up. i click advanced than browse to show the path to my disk drive. it doesnt find the usb flash device.?

down load one there is loads on hear type in (flash usb driver)

ok got it. thanks. now here is my identity log. I need to change it from W580c TO W580i?
It has all the chinese apps which I dont need. Can I change it to the international version?

thanks a lot. just one last question. how do i use those files. i downloaded them all. there are 3 paths in setool...the Firmware upgrade pack, restore files, and misc. files. which one goes where? what do i do next?
