w850i freezes at sony ericsson screen

Hey whats up, my sony ericsson is about 2 years old now and when i try to start it up the white screen appears and it vibrates (normal) but it freezes and stops at the sony ericsson logo. here is my log from setool 1.11

i took the battery out for 5 seconds , reinsterted it and started the phone up without the charger in this time and it started up fine bypassed the sony ericsson logo and it now displays "Please wait" the progress bar got to the very end but it has stopped and the phone's backlight has went off :( i don't know what to do any help? thank you

I Took out the battery the phone went off i inserted charger and the phone automatically started up it now shows the sony ericsson logo only with a black background and it doesn't seem to be changeing.

i took the battery out for 5 seconds , reinsterted it and started the phone up without the charger in this time and it started up fine bypassed the sony ericsson logo and it now displays "Please wait" the progress bar got to the very end but it has stopped and the phone's backlight has went off :( i don't know what to do any help? thank you
