Help unlocking with setool 2

Can someone tell me which phones can be unlocked free and which phones can be unlocked with patch for free. I see something on sticky themes but it is not simply to understand for me.
Can someone simply explain to me please.:(:(

is free by patch
and older phones can be unlocked for free to.
but you cant unlock w200 CID51/52 and a2 phones like w910 and k850

the phone won't be unlocked forever using the patch
after a reflash, the phone will reunlock to its network, but its ok
you can put the patch again and voila...
