My aim was to unlock, unbrand and update the firmware of my K800i (From T-Mobile UK) and I have managed to screw up.
Here is what I have done so far and would appreciate your help/comments on this matter.
1. First of all my K800i showed the following settings:
Firmware (MAPP CXC): R1CF001
Platform: DB2020
OTP CID: 49
EROM CID: 49
EROM Color: Red
Phone ID: K800
Region: T_MOB_INT_A
CDA: CDA102511/12 R12A
Firmware Version: R1CF001
EROM: R3A016
2. Therefore I downloaded the following files in order to unlock the phone:
K800_R1CF001_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED49.mbn
K800_R1CF001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED49.fbn
3. Then I used XS++ and it ugraded my phone to EROM CID: 52
4. Unfortunately I was unable to find the matching MAIN and FS file in version 52. Therefore I used the files from step 2 together with my Remove_SIM_lock_K800_R1CF001_GENERIC.vkp file (created by mself using SIMLockPatchGen_v2.2) in SETool2 (I think it is where I messed up).
Now if I start my K800i, I just gets the message "Please Wait".
I tried to apply the following customer files but they all failed:
K800i_CDA102511_2_R10A_Generic_Trade_UK_United_Kin gdom.zip
K800i_CDA102511_12_R18A_T-mobile_United_Kingdom.zip
K800i_CDA102511_153_R1A_Generic_Trade_UK_United_Ki ngdom.zip
The following is being shown in XS++:

We can notice the following error; "IMEI name does not match GDFS name (IMEI:K800 GDFS:K700)" therefore I restored my GDFS file sucessfully (which I backed up before step 4 above) but the same issue occurs.
Has anyone got an idea on how to solve the issue?
PS: I came up through the sticky thread Error: Please Wait - Top Sony Forums but it does not make much sense in my case, my IMEI has not been changed, it always has been the same.
Thanks a lot,
Ant
