keypad lights dead

my w550i cool orange numerical keypad lights are dead

all other key eg walman , softkeys, back, c, internet all glow but the numerical keypad lights are dead

can anyone repair

did you try to test it in the service menu? there are only two posibilities software or hardware problem :)

i checked service menu but all lights work except numerical ie 1-9, *,0,# dont glow
