have u put ur user name fully ie/user*** then checked ur credits and u need to conet holding the 2 and 5 button to do what u want to do

do i get a user name and password from the ultimate unlocker site or when i buy credit?

u need to by a log when u want to use it and then u will get a email with it add it to setting then do the job u need to do
