sorry for the question : ijust wanted to know if finalizing is not required for k700files so i can flash the new firmware, or can i flash the new fimware without finalizing? i just want to upgrade the firmware not to unlock the phone so as to use diffrent operator, thanks

i bought white w850 which is unlocked for all operators,i want to flash it but i don't know how to check is it locked by patch or full, if i flash it and he is locked with patch ,God knows on which operator it will locked again :( :( help pls

If you bought it new from a reseller and it has no brand then it's full unlocked.
If you bought it used contact original seller. Else you can verify th unlock status with "identify" funtion of Setool2 lite.
