I bought it on PayPal. But you can't send them something concerning support of the program if you don't type this usc. So I have to contact them in general (there you don't need an usc, because you should ask there only questions concerning questions you have before you use it. But I will try it in that way then...

Now I made the pictures of my phone. I think I discovered the problem, which I didn't saw the first time, now. You can see it on picture F and G. There the sticker is red :(

Sorry for the bad quality, but my K800i was unable to focus the object correctly:

So I think it's a water damage.
Is there a chance to repair it, if the water doesn't damaged something?
