help needed

i bought a w810i off ebay and when i got it no sim works in it iv tryed every network and even selecting the networks on the phone but no luck i guess its been barred,
when i try to make a call i just get 3 beeps then it cuts off, it was on orange network but the orange sim dose not work.
is there any way of unlocking it changing the imei no so it works or isit worthless and i should bin it.

ps iv tryed contacting the ebay member but he is no longer on ebay.

nope there isnt its against the law and will get u 5 years in jail in the uk :(
